Uncharismatic, dysfunctional, anomised misfits. \r\n\r\nBut boy, can they sow rice.\r\n\r\nThe modern Phalaita are nomads who excel at tending to plants and animals. Though their strong agrestic traditions have weathered from generations of violence, some of their old ways surrounding silk and tea production have managed to survive. The same cannot be said of their trust, however: a century of genocide, intergenerational trauma and ethnic violence have made them socially dim and uncooperative isolationists.
