bypass the ground penetrating scanner restriction, they are unlocked at ground penetrating scanners, and cost 300 steel (up from 200), 6 components (up from 4), 50 plasteel and 2 advanced components.\r\u003Cbr>They need 500 power (up from 250), have 0 beauty (up from -25), can't catch fire, and can't be uninstalled.\r\u003Cbr>\r\u003Cbr>This is a pure XML mod, so it should be safe to
