All textures were hand painted from scratch, using references to the original textures in order to stay faithful to the original designs. A few tweaks have been made to how some patterns \"tile\", and some have been re-envisioned entirely. The retexture also makes better use of the full texture surface, with better texture variation over larger areas. The retextures are made to be closer to the vanilla Rimworld style, but also suited for more painterly style terrain textures. They weren't made to take full advantage of color mapping either. For me, this meant that I would always stick to using only a few of the available floor types, which was kinda wasteful given how you are forced to having them included.
