Sylveon's adorable appearence has no practical purpose and was a purely aesthetic choice. All sylveons sport a telltale ribbonlike appendage set connected to their heads near a bowlike organ allowing them to move their ribbons with extreme precision and preform menial tasks easily while using their hands for specific and higher skill actions. Sylveons also boast a high intellectual ability yet have much weaker physical strength due to it being useless in high tech facilities and conditions of glitterworld. Sylveons are incredible crafters and even good researchers.
