Drinking one Chocomilk smoothie will fulfill recreation by 80%.\r\u003Cbr>\r\u003Cbr>\u003Ch4>Glowshroom smoothie\u003C\u002Fh4>\r\u003Cbr>Requires glowstool or agarilux. Improves your colonist's vision by 100% for a half day. This would give you the ate fungus mood debuff.\r\u003Cbr>\r\u003Cbr>\u003Ch4>Healroot smoothie\u003C\u002Fh4>\r\u003Cbr>Requires one herbal medicine. Improves immunity factor speed gain by 10% (hospital beds give 11%) and natural healing factor by 30% (Healing enhancer gives 50%).  It's a bitter beverage (-3 mood debuff), replaces sweet, fine and lavish mood buffs.\r\u003Cbr>\r\u003Cbr>\u003Ch4>Insect Jelly smoothie\u003C\u002Fh4>\r\u003Cbr>Max duration is 4 days, giving you 200% speed work and reduces consciousness by 20%.
