Some mods already add mechanics for repairing equipment so I found the extra random crafting\u002Fspawning quality to be unnecessary bloat. Especially since when legendary equipment goes to to 1% HP they are still legendary, when awful equipment is repaired and goes up to 100% HP they are still awful.
