In practice, this is done by patching the mod loading system to make Prepatcher satisfy dependencies on Harmony.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli>Having both the Harmony mod and Prepatcher active won't cause any problems\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\r\u003Cbr>\r\u003Cbr>\u003Ch3>Dependencies\u003C\u002Fh3>\r\u003Cbr>Prepatcher has no dependencies on other mods.\r\u003Cbr>\r\u003Cbr>\u003Ch3>Load order\u003C\u002Fh3>\r\u003Cbr>Prepatcher should go first in the mod list, above Core and expansions. Its placement relative to Harmony doesn't matter, it can be put below or above it.\r\u003Cbr>\r\u003Cbr>\u003Ch3>For modders\u003C\u002Fh3>\r\u003Cbr>Prepatcher doesn't do anything on its own, it's only useful when other mods depend on it.\r\u003Cbr>The library provides patching capabilities beyond those of Harmony.
