This frees the Outer slot, so you can wear clothing such as dusters, parkas, and capes over a vacsuit. I've also slightly slimmed the vacsuit's worn sprite down without compromising it's appearance, as the bulky sprite can clip through slimmer outerwear (It's still not perfect, some still show but mostly it's just outline edges that peek through. The Hulk body type in particular has been problematic for this).
