Because WCE2's Trauma Savant surgery also accepts the WoodLog as a prosthetic, RimWorld can incorrectly select it as if it was an installed wooden prosthetic. Because they do not have a surgeon performing the operation, the surgeon will be 'null' which will throw an exception and prevent pawn groups such as raids or traders or any other groups from spawning.\r\u003Cbr>\r\u003Cbr>This patch prevents WCE2 TraumaSavant from being selected during this specific prosthetic-generation process while leaving the normal wooden prosthetic recipes available. This in turn, avoids the null surgeon exception from being thrown and  will therefore allow pawns to consistently spawn.\r\u003Cbr>\r\u003Cbr>Normal Trauma Savant surgery gameplay is not
