Essentially it tweaks numeric values for PLA Steel Torrent, and if present, the Lost Vehicles Add-on. The base mod attributes mass to various vehicles which get multiplied by bodysize, resulting in some hilariously big numbers. The big ZTZ99 tank, by default has a weight of over a million if I remember correctly. This patch tries to balance things, specifically for use with SRTS.

As my friend so eloquently pointed out, a sedan weighs about 2 tons IRL, so for realism it should weigh 2 tons in the game aswell, and the tank should weigh approximately between 15 and 20 tons. But in Rimworld an elephant only weighs 400, while IRL it weighs between 3 and 6 tons, so a sedan should weigh about half an elephant... which means 200 for a sedan. How then do human pawns who weigh 80 factor in this math? It doesn't... it's Rimworld, Randy doesn't care.

Anywho, I tried to balance things out, so that cars could be moved with SRTS, though tanks will need the biggest ships to do so. The biggest tank from PLA steel torrent currently weighs about 4000, which might seem low, but nothing weighs that much in all of Rimworld (don't quote me on that...). Not Centipedes, not a thrumbo, nothing. So if u don't like these changes, then the patch might not be a good fit.

What else?

Nespresso?... Sorry... Aside from this, the mod makes the old car parts, added by Lost Vehicles Add-on craftable. Because as my friend puts it "Ain't nobody got the time to caravan around the whole world for some wheels...". You'll need smithing for most parts, complex tailoring for the seats and machining for the engines.

The mod also makes the Lost Vehicles assembly available as a neolithic research. You will still need to scavenge the various parts to assemble them and then research the first tech of the new tech tree. No such changes have been made to the base PLA Steel Torrent Mod, this only applies if you have the Lost vehicles add-on, and the add-on is not a prerequisite to use this mod. Why make this change to the research tree...? how would tribals assemble an old car?
