This is a content complement mod with very low implementation difficulty it visualizes the vanilla hidden sleep quality system and helps players clearly identify the exact causes of negative mood after sleep

It solves the core pain point that colonists may wake up with bad mood but players have no way to know the exact reason whether it is poor bed quality noise temperature or light and can only make blind guesses
它解决了原版殖民者睡醒后可能产生负面心情 但玩家无法得知具体原因 只能盲目猜测是床差噪音温度还是光线问题的核心痛点

A sleep detail panel is added and embedded in the colonist mood tab

Sleep quality score ranges from zero to one hundred points and fully follows the vanilla hidden sleep quality calculation formula
睡眠质量评分为零至一百分 完全沿用原版隐藏的睡眠质量计算公式

Sleep duration records the total length of the current sleep with precision of zero point one hour
睡眠时长记录本次睡眠的总时长 精度为零点一小时

The panel breaks down all influencing factors into positive and negative categories
面板将所有影响因素拆解为正面与负面两类

Positive factors include high quality bed plus fifteen points suitable temperature plus ten points quiet environment plus ten points and dark environment plus five points
正面因素包含高质量床加十五分 温度适宜加十分 环境安静加十分 黑暗环境加五分

Negative factors include hard floor minus twenty points excessive noise minus fifteen points unsuitable temperature minus fifteen points overly bright light minus ten points and being disturbed minus twelve points
负面因素包含硬地板减二十分 噪音过大减十五分 温度不适减十五分 光线过亮减十分 被打扰减十二分

The score corresponding effects are completely consistent with vanilla hidden effects and only made visible

Scores above ninety grant the well rested buff plus ten mood points lasting twelve hours
九十分以上获得休息充分增益 加十点心情 持续十二小时

Scores between seventy and eighty nine mean normal rest with no extra bonus or penalty
七十至八十九分为正常休息 无额外加成或惩罚

Scores between fifty and sixty nine cause slight rest deficit with minus five mood points
五十至六十九分造成轻微休息不足 减五点心情

Scores below fifty cause severe rest deficit with minus twelve mood points
五十分以下造成严重休息不足 减十二点心情

Quick location function allows you to click any negative factor to jump directly to the corresponding room for convenient layout adjustment
