A simple scouter.
I want to make saiyan armour eventually, but I still have a lot to do on my other mod, so I figured releasing whatever generic item I made in the meantime was better than waiting until I have a big stuff pack (in about 1 million years)
Requires Advanced Fabrication research.
Ingredients: 2 synthread, 10 steel, 5 plasteel, 1 advanced component.
Gives some buffs to accuracy, aiming and melee.
