“成瘾品新型销毁方式”的弱化替代版本。请勿与原版同时启用。

与原版的区别：
- 所有“Hediff”效果的强度均为原版的40%。
- 普通处理弹壳的制作成本增加200%（所需材料为3倍）。
- 所有弹壳（包括压缩型）的爆炸/烟雾半径缩小50%（普通型为4，压缩型为6）。

Weakened version Do NOT enable together with the original.

Changes vs original:
- All hediff effect magnitudes are 40% of the original.
- Normal disposal shell crafting costs are +200% (3× ingredients).
- All shells including compressed have 50% smaller blast/haze radius (normal 4, compressed 6).
