unofficial update to explodoboys mod to make it work with his 1.4 version of AoC and Combat extended. Old issues from the 1.3 patch have been fixed related to turrtets and bastion of stability have been fixed

Bastion of stability and turrets are working normally now.
you can ignore the weapon toughnes errors from the True pinnacle of creation
it governs how much dmg a weapon takes when parrying but seeing as they have no hp value thats not relevant.
Supports both the basic version of AoC as well as AoC: True Pinnacle.
Need to rebalance weapons a bit suggestion are appreciated in the comments or on github.
Most of the code is still the work of explodoboy but seeing how he stated he didnt wanna support it anymore and that it was free to pick up i decided to make the minor changes required to get it working and upload it for now.
Disclaimer: Most of the art and code was made by someone else (explodoboy) if he for any reason wishes for this mod to be taken down he can contact me and I will do so. I have not included him in contributors because im guessing he doesnt wanna get involved with Combat Extended anymore.
