Atmospheric Cooler - 大气降温器

Adds the Atmospheric Cooler, a counterpart to the Atmospheric Heater from the Anomaly DLC. It burns bioferrite and consumes power to absorb heat from the local atmosphere, lowering outdoor temperatures.

It uses the same materials, fuel, and electricity as the Atmospheric Heater.
It can be used indoors as a super-powerful air conditioner, as it absorbs indoor heat as well.
Similar to the Atmospheric Heater, it can only lower the ambient temperature by 10°C.
Unlocked by researching the Atmospheric Cooler technology (60 research points) after the Atmospheric Heater.

Requires the Anomaly DLC.
