Auto Imperial Reinforcements

Makes the Empire treat royalty like royalty. In vanilla, imperial nobles can still get a strange fend-for-yourself experience during raids unless you manually spend a permit. This mod lets the Empire pass the vanilla RaidFriendly faction-source gate used by allied factions when your colony has an imperial title holder. in English, if your colony has free (not imprisoned or enslaved) title holders and the Empire is not hostile, they are eligible to come to your colony's aid during raids as if it were an allied faction.

The minimum title for this mod to take effect is configurable in the mod settings. Also configurable is aid power and frequency scaling based on the highest title in the colony.
