Adjusts the Beauty and Ugly modifyers of terrain and flora.

Soil and sand have their Ugly modifyers removed, fertile soil and water have Beauty modifyers added to them.
Various wild plants and trees have added Beauty modifyers or their modifyers no longer negated by the terrain types listed above.
(I considered doing the same for crop plants, but felt that would be too overpowered in terms of Beauty generated)

I created this mod because i was a little annoyed by how much unhappiness was generated simply by being outside, due to how ugly my colonists perceived the world.
