BEER - Big Fermenting Tank for RimWorld

BEER is a mod for RimWorld that adds a large 3x3 production building - the Big Fermenting Tank - designed to efficiently turn wort into beer on an industrial scale.

- Recipe: "BEER" - consumes 225 wort and produces 450 beer per batch.
- Work amount: 9000 ticks (~3.6 in-game hours at 100% work speed), scaling with Cooking skill.

How It Works

The Big Fermenting Tank is a worktable where pawns with Cooking enabled actively mix and control the fermentation process. Unlike the vanilla passive fermenting barrel, this station requires a pawn to operate it, but in return it offers a much higher output ratio: 1 wort becomes 2 beer (instead of the vanilla 1:1). A single batch of 225 wort yields 450 beer, making it ideal for large colonies or trade.

The building was originally created as a personal addon to complement the Advanced Brewery mod, which adds an advanced brewery that turns hops into wort more efficiently. Our tank allows you to process large amounts of that wort quickly and effectively.

- Works with or without DLCs.
