Big and Small Framework + VNPE Compatibility Patch

The Problem: If you use Vanilla Nutrient Paste Expanded (VNPE) alongside the Big and Small Framework, you might have noticed an annoying issue. Nutrient paste drippers will continuously feed pawns of certain races nutrient paste, even if they cannot consume it, forcing them to throw up just to be instantly force-fed again. This leads to the drippers endlessly wasting all the paste in your pipe network! The Solution: This simple patch fixes the issue. Drippers will now correctly check if a pawn can actually eat nutrient paste based on their diet restrictions from the Big and Small Framework. If they can't eat it, the dripper will entirely ignore them, saving your precious nutrient paste!
