Bill Settings Clipboard

This mod aims to smooth out the process of making many different bills with the same requirements, by allowing you to copy/paste the filters and settings between bills.

Instead of manually setting every option for each bill such as:
- Make until 1
- Hitpoints above 50%
- Drop on floor
- Allowed materials
- Allowed worker

You can set this up on one bill, then easily copy the settings over to every other bill with similar requirements.

Likely incompatible with any mod that drastically changes the bill UI, tested to work with Dub's Mint Menus.
