Bionic Stuff (MSE2 addon mostly)

Some Bionic Stuff, Craftable archotech bionics and patches for other mods.

You need to place it after other bionic mods.

• For now allow to salvage and craft vanilla archotech implants. Without yet another just craft from salvaged parts and with it upgrade from ultratech to archotech.
• Archotech implants from Yet another prosthetic expansion mod - Core.
• Archotech implants from More Archotech Implants.
• Also have patch for Medical System Expansion 2.(Allow craft full legs\arms with all subparts).
• Patch for MSE2 and YetAnotherProstheticExpansion added modules system to ultratech legs\arms.
• Also adds modules for spine replacements. Ultratech legs,arms and spine has 150% part eff and have no additional bonuses like manipulation in spine but have 1 more implant slot so it still worse than archotech but have way more variability in upgrades. Eff module from MSE2 have 25% eff up from 20%.
• added eltex moddule that increase heat decrease speed and psyfocus from meditation gain and salvage recipe for eltex items.
  i'll use eltex ore code and texture from Vanilla Psycasts Expanded it works without it but if you have it this part just doesnt load and use VPE eltex instead.
• added pack mule spine module increase carry weight but decrease movement speed.
• If you have Cybernetic Organism and Neural Network adds 3 variations of shield spine module.
• If you have Vanilla Expanded Framework adds module that decrease shooting accuracy but also decrease weapon cooldown and module that increase accuracy and shoot range but decrease move speed.
• added plating for neck and head(skull) works only with EBF. Bionic +20% Archotech +40% hp

I'll use archotech salvage texture from more archotech garbage.
