BLAME:Gravitational Beam Emitter

The Gravitational Beam Emitter from Blame is coming to Rimworld, its firepower will allow single spawns to possess great firepower in combat.

creation of two new entities "saveguard" and
"exterminator"

research and craft path for GBE research and creation.

I'm sorry about the texture (it's not my strong point) but I always want to create new textures, and avoid taking the base content.

PS:be careful with the saveguard, it's very very very very powerful ;)

corrected "errors" to make the weapon a little less abusser like a crafting time (70000 the charge lancer = 60000)
and reduced skin size (not much for the moment, but I've been able to get some ideas for future additions...)
