Overview
Have you ever agonized over running out of space on your ship for that one essential building?
Have you ever watched your favorite Pawn bleed out on the way because the infirmary was just a little too far?
Have you been dying for a brand-new way to relocate your base, fast?
Well, it is my absolute privilege to unveil our latest breakthrough — the Building Capsule!
With this product, you'll be granted access to the Construction Platform. We're offering a grand total of 6 platforms across 3 different sizes for you to choose from. Once a platform is built, you can continue constructing buildings right on top of it.
Whenever you're ready, simply tap that action button on the platform — poof — the platform and all structures atop it vanish instantly, leaving behind a single capsule that has recorded every last detail of every building and item involved. Guard this capsule with your life — your property depends on it.
For your convenience, the capsule also supports selective item retrieval without fully deploying the platform, so you can grab what you need, when you need it.
When you do want the whole package back, activate the capsule's built-in data restoration function. The capsule will disassemble itself and faithfully reconstruct everything at your chosen location. We do our best to ensure this process is fully reversible and repeatable, every single time.
Of course, given that the fabric of this universe is, shall we say, complicated and ever-expanding (seriously, the RimWorld modding scene is a glorious madhouse of creativity), we cannot absolutely guarantee perfect information recording for every exotic item out there. If you discover certain items or buildings that don't restore properly, please reach out — we'll upgrade the product wherever technology permits.
Thank you for attending our product launch. You've been a wonderful audience.
Compatibility
Theoretically, this mod causes zero hard conflicts with any other mod. However, it cannot share the same tile with "embedded-floor" building mods like Automatic Hydroponics, since they operate on the same in-game layer. (You can absolutely keep both activated — they just can't occupy the same spot. Boundaries, you know.)
Performance
This mod only generates a tiny blip of performance cost during capsule packing and unpacking. At all other times, it behaves just like any ordinary item or building. Items and structures sealed inside a capsule don't interact with the outside world at all — which means you can even pull off a cheeky combo with a cryptosleep casket 2 to manually archive Pawns you don't currently need. In the long run? That's actually a net performance optimization. You're welcome.

See changenotes. Vanilla Events Expanded is one of our oldest mods, and I’m honestly shocked it’s holding up so well - it’s pretty resistant to game updates and bugs because of its simplicity. Back when I first made it with Kikohi, we didn’t know much about modding. I just wanted
