Removes almost all restrictions to jobs slaves can do.

Doesn't overwrite anything just removes the restriction for slaves.

The other version of this mod now adds a new worktype for suppressing slaves to deal with the self suppressing/endless loop problem.
If you want all work restrictions for slaves gone use my other mod. I left this version online for compatibility reasons and people who don't want their slaves to warden.
