Careful Shooter Rework

Replace the vanilla "Careful Shooter" trait with the "Critical Shot" trait.

When performing a ranged attack, there is a chance to target either the head or the heart.

Heart targeting chance: 5% (Base)

Head targeting chance: 10% (Base)

Otherwise: Standard vanilla random hit location

The probabilities can be adjusted via sliders in the mod settings.
