Charmweaver facial animation patch (1.4 only)

A simple mod that patches the Charmweaver Pink eye gene so it works with facial animation. If the original author patches this in their mod and wants me to take this down, please contact me. If you want to use this with the vanilla expanded facial animations textures, you must use either Eyegenes2 or Eyegenes2-lite.
