Provides a common core set of library functions for modders as well as making required core changes.
This must be loaded immediately after "Core".
Please note if support is required please go to the thread on the forums, no support will be handled via steam.
We will endeavour to try and not break saves by updating this, but we cannot guarantee this, if you want full control over this mod and its updates I suggest getting it from the thread on the forums or direct from Github
