Confetti Firefoam Poppers

Adding a Confetti themed Firefoam Popper so Mr Streamer will finally use them.

Inspired by this conversation:

Guys I just had a great idea to get Mr Streamer to follow fire safety
Firefoam poppers but they're tool cabinets too
So he adds them to his workshop to speed shit up, and then we spring the trap that is Health and Safety

Make them make the explosion confetti sound from halo

DISCLAIMER: This is my first RimWorld mod, I have no idea where it should go in the load order or if it conflicts with any mods. As far as I am aware unless your mod has Defs named "ConfettiPopper" (or "Confetti" as a Filth Def) or ConfettiPop as a SoundDef it should be fine?
