Since I did this by modifying the vanilla xml, I expect issues with mods that do the same or depend on unmodified vanilla.
As a side-effect, it also places its rough-hewn rock floor wherever you're placing walls.
Also constructible:
"Collapsed" rock walls
Resource rocks (steel, silver, gold, jade, uranium, etc)
Additional content with Odyssey's vacstone, ice walls, and obsidian.
