Furniture below can also fulfill the requirements for royal titles :
- deluxe double bed = double/royal bed
- bedside table = end table
- cabinet/small cabinet = dresser
- Bookshelf A/B = drape
Change the comfort value of chairs based on original furniture:
- sofa: 0.5 -> 0.8
- easy chair / stool: 0.5 -> 0.7
