Different version of my other mod. Replaces devilstrand so that it only grows in the dark, compared to my other mod, which adds this feature as a separate plan and research. Suggested by @brewfest_
Please note that the replacer version and the normal version are incompatible, and that this mod will probably not be compatible with other mods that change devilstrand.
