The Homo Demens (Latin: "mad man") are a decentralized group of militant separatists.
Mod Adds:
- 1 Faction - Homo Demens ( w/ Scenario )
- 3 Weapons - Assault Rifle, Shotgun, & Rocket Launcher ( Slightly Stronger than Vanilla )
- 3 Attires - Outfit, Armor, & Helmet
