Default White Lights

I never liked orange lights, I prefer white. This mod makes them white, and lets you choose a different default per room type.

What does it touch?

• Standing lamps, wall lamps, flood lights, and other colourable electric lights default to white instead of orange.
• Optionally assign a colour to each room type. A light built in that room uses that colour.
• Unticked rooms use the global default.
• The in-game colour picker and Ideology darklight toggle still work.

Sun lamps, torches, campfires, and other glowers that cannot be recoloured in vanilla are left alone.
