Well now that horror no longer need follow you into RimWorld!


This changes Stoned on smokeleaf effect from -30% consciousness to *70% consciousness.
This makes smokeleaf more impactful at over 100% starting consciousness and less at under 100%, and makes it virtually impossible to die from smokeleaf.

Old:
120% -> 90%
100% -> 70%
50% -> 20%
30% -> 0%

New:
120% -> 84%
100% -> 70%
50% -> 35%
30% -> 21%
