A compatibility patch to unify the Expansion systems of Faction Territories and Vassalage and Economics & Demography.

Features

• Faction Territories and Vassalage now accounts for population and wealth from Economics & Demography when deciding if a faction can expand.
• When Faction Territories and Vassalage starts building a new settlement, the appropriate amount of wealth is consumed by the faction.
• Settlements being built don't count towards goods production. This means that destroying an in-progress settlement can deal a heavy blow to that factions economy as the initial investment will be wasted.
• Economics & Demography expansion is forced disabled as it's features and checks are now rolled in to Faction Territories and Vassalage expansion system.
