Effective Lumbering

Work required to sow trees is decreased from 4000 to 2000.

Why this mod was made

After a certain patch (right now), sowing trees requires 4000 work, but before that patch, that value was 500. The patch made planting trees a huge pain in the butt.

So, I have decided it would be best to just have sowing trees requiring 2000 work. This would still reflect the situation that planting trees became harder (+1500 work), but would not make tree-planting extremely undesirable.
