Enhanced light mechanoids ability/机械师开局强化

加强了轻型机械体的工作能力，减少了财富值，强化了护甲，现在机械师单人开局更加轻松了。
削减了轻型机械体的带宽限制，杂兵可以进行狩猎与开采，搬运工可以进行清扫工作，全部轻型机械体可以参与灭火
注：中途加入此mod的话，机械体需要拆了重造才能进行额外的工作。
