Eternal Childhood & Sustenance-free - Genes: Ageless at Age 13 and No Food Need

The tiny mod adds two new genes whose carriers do not need food and will stop growing up after 13 years old.

For the gene of Eternal Childhood, its carriers begin to biologically age slower at the age of 10. By 13.5, the aging process stops completely.

For the gene of Sustenance-free, its carriers' needs of food will be disabled.

As it does not modify vanilla Defs, it should be compatible with other things.
