EzOutfit (UPDATED 1.6)

Now supports V1.6!

A Rimworld mod dedicated to making it faster and easier to create outfits.

Usage (1.5 / 1.6):
Open up the assign menu
Open up "Manage apparel policies"
Click the "New..." button
Hit "Copy From Pawn" and choose the pawn whose outfit you want to copy
Or hit "New Apparel" for default behavior

Usage (1.4):

Open up the assign menu
Open up "Manage Outfits"
Click the new "Create From" button
Select a pawn who's current outfit you'd like to use as a template

Once selected, a new outfit will be created using the selected pawn's apparel as a template. This can be accessed under the outfit label "'s outfit."
