[FSF] Better Pawn Lending Quest

Description

The Pawn Lending Quest in Royalty is a nice quest however for whatever reason the game places very little value on your colonists and their time. This mod changes a number of things with the quest to make it more viable. It also increases the scaling from a maximum of 4,000 points to 10,000. How Colonist Value is calculated - $colonistsToLendCount*$lendForDays*5 (Default $colonistsToLendCount*$lendForDays) How many Colonists will help - One Stars 0% to 20% of Colonists (Default 0% to 35%) - Two Stars 21% to 40% of Colonists (Default 36% to 60%) - Three Stars 41% to 50% of Colonists (Default 61% to 75%) Amount of Days to Lend your Colonists - One Star 5-10 Days (Default 5-10 Days) - Two Star 5-15 Days (Default 10-20 Days) - Three Star 5-15 Days (Default 20-30 Days) This mod is included in FrozenSnowFox Tweaks.
