Fun for Psychically Impaired Pawns

Psychically dull/deaf pawns can now join the fun with your fellow psycasters.

This is primarily meant for mods such as Vanilla Psycasts Expanded. These kind of mods make the 1 or 2 metabolism gain from Psychically Dull/Deaf genes painful to stomach. Imagine playing a first-person shooter but you trade the ability to use guns for +5% movement speed and some pocket lint. Yeah, I thought so.


Psychically Dull trait now reduces psychic sensitivity by 25%.

Psychically Deaf trait now reduces psychic sensitivity by 50%.



This mod does not require Biotech, as the DLC's genes enforce these traits and, as such, will be affected by default. Some descriptions may be changed to allow the mod to blend better into the game.
