Functional Eyeglasses

Adds eyeglass-related features that actually matter.

Each type of eyeglasses has a Sight Correction stat that corrects impaired vision caused by eye injuries, genes (like near-sighted), and more. This mod also includes a set of basic standalone eyeglasses, so it works even if you don’t have any other eyeglass-related mods installed.
