Gerrymon's Hotspring Expanded XML Only

Adds hot spring furniture! See: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3717051546

This version strips out all the C# and mod integration, only leaving:

- The pool bench, pool walls, thin wall and vent.

- A 1x2 "pool table" to serve as a gathering/eating spot within hot springs.

- Buffed vanilla mood for swimming in hot spring (now +5, 12 hours).

- The extra decorations, if VFE props is installed.

Absolutely all credit for the mod goes to Gerrymon; this is just a personal edit.
