GloomyFurniture Drag Fix

由于其他作者的补丁失效无法适配新版，因此本补丁对花墙、边界木板、边界石板无法拖动建造的问题进行了修复。

补丁代码非常简单，仅新增了一行。

排序和兼容性：测试能在200+ mod下稳定运行。目前暂未发现有其他作者进行了类似的补丁，如果有作者对花墙、边界木板、边界石板进行了修改，也许会导致其中一个mod被覆盖无法生效。

其他修复：暂无，本人暂时没有这个需求。

**Due to the failure of other authors' patches to adapt to the latest version, this mod fixes the issue where the Flower Wall, Border Wood Panel, and Border Stone Slab cannot be dragged and built.**

The patch code is very simple, adding just one line.

**Load Order & Compatibility:**
Tested to run stably with 200+ mods. No similar fixes from other authors have been found so far. If another author modifies the Flower Wall, Border Wood Panel, or Border Stone Slab, one of the mods may be overridden and fail to take effect.

**Other Fixes:**
None at the moment. I currently have no need for them.

- This mod will only be updated while I am actively playing and if GloomyFurniture updates. If neither condition is met, it will likely be abandoned.
