Goblin Xenotype - Ideology Patch

Here's "Goblin Xenotype" mod patch for Ideology.

By default, your goblin might get penalty when you ate human meat or insect meat with Ideology DLC, despite they have the "indiscriminate eater". So I fixed the problem using nullifyingTraits.

Now your goblin will no longer be bothered by the two of percepts, cannibal and insect meat.

Also, the gene "primitive" disables some thoughts.
