Harvest Toggle with mod support
Adds an gizmo to toggle "Allow Harvest" on growing zones and non-decorative planters.

A few other mods already tried to implement this gizmo, but none of them seem to care about mod compatibility, so I made my own.
Comes with built in support for custom growing zones from:
- Vanilla Plants Expanded - Flowers
- Vanilla Plants Expanded - More Plants
- Vanilla Plants Expanded - Mushrooms
If Regrowth 2 is loaded, this mod will use their "allow harvest" icon, otherwise using Rimworld's generic allow icon.
