Adds hennin (aka princess hats) as an ideology apparel so your cannibal cult can feel whimsical while they work. Comes in three fun shapes! :)
Technically runs without Ideology. It'll pop a red error, but you should be safe to just ignore it
Mid-Game:
Should be safe to add at any time. Removing will throw errors if there were any hennin on the map
