This mod reduces the value of human leather to a value anywhere from 0 to the same value as pigskin (1.9), the default value is set at 0.5; Press the plus to the right of mod options to access the mod options to set the value of the leather then restart the game for the changes to take place
Why should the leather be valued so high? even higher than pigskin when it shares the same stats, is a poor leather type and repulsive to most ideologies including the base game ideology logic?

From game version 1.6 onwards this also sets the beauty factor of items made of leather to 0, you can change this in the settings to lower or higher in the mod options in the same way as mentioned above
