Unofficial compatibility patch. Adds Life Lessons / Medical Mishaps surgical proficiency requirements to every Integrated Implants (by LTS) install-surgery recipe, mirroring how Life Lessons already gates vanilla bionic installs. Without a proficient surgeon, installs are still possible but suffer reduced speed/success chance and a quality cap, same as vanilla.
Requires all three of the following, load order: Life Lessons -> Life Lessons: Medical Mishaps -> Integrated Implants -> this patch (last).
