Adds a second, smaller type of fire popper. It covers much smaller area but it's cheaper, isn't as ugly and doesn't get in the way of your colonists. Almost like a sprinkler. Except you have to rebuild it every time it sprinkles...
I was frustrated that the native firefoam popper cannot be used inside nicely, so I made this "sprinkler" / interior firefoam popper.
